3.2 Description of the Parameter software
3.2.1 Opening the Serial Port and Creating a Configuration File
(1) Before using the software, ensure that the computer is connected to the serial port of the device.
(2) Open the serial port, click the system button under serial port configuration, select the corresponding serial port, and click open
(3) Create a configuration file to store device configuration parameters. Right-click the blank area on the left, select Add Collector, enter a. Dat file, and click the create button.
3.2.2 Loading the Configuration File and Configuration
3.2.2.1 Loading the Configuration File
(1) Double-click the newly created configuration file to load the file to the interface.
3.2.2.2 Device Configuration - > The primary configuration
(1) Device Code: unique identifier of the device, 10 digits
(2) Server 1IP and Port: IP address and port connected to server 1
(3) SERVER 2IP and Port: IP address and port connected to server 2
(4) Standard collection time: the time point at which the equipment collects every day. For example, 16:45 means that the equipment collects at 16:45 once.
(5) Start upload and end upload: During the period of start upload and end upload, each device will find a random time point to upload data.
(6) Intrusion alarm: configure whether to enable the intrusion alarm function on the device. When it is invaded, the device will immediately send alarm information to the network end.
(7) Primary modification button: After the parameters are modified, click the primary modification button, and the configuration information in the current interface will be saved in the configuration file.
3.2.2.3 Device Configuration - > Advanced configuration
(1) Configuration of power-off status collection: Collection period range (30~999ms) indicates the collection interval for power-off status collection. Collection Duration: duration when breakpoint collection is triggered. Collection time: the time when stop-mining collection is triggered. For example, 01 00:00 indicates the time-sharing triggered power-off collection at 0 ∶ 0 on the 1st; Valid identifier: indicates whether the configuration of stop-mining status collection is enabled.
(2) Configuration of continuous status collection: Collection Period indicates the interval of continuous collection when continuous collection is triggered.
(3) Monitoring status collection configuration: low alarm indicates the alarm lower limit of energized potential, such as 3000 indicates 3V; High alarm indicates the alarm upper limit value of galvanic potential, such as 3000 means 3V; Normal collection cycle range (5~10 minutes) indicates the collection cycle interval used by the monitoring mode when the power potential does not exceed the alarm set value during the monitoring collection; Alarm collection cycle range (1~5 minutes) : indicates the collection cycle interval used by the monitoring mode when the power potential during monitoring collection exceeds the alarm set value;
(4) Advanced modification button: After clicking the advanced modification button, the configuration parameters of the current interface will be saved in the configuration file.
3.2.2.4 Configuring Parameters to the device
(1) Configuration file delivery: Double-click the configuration file to be delivered, and right-click the configuration item to be delivered. The basic and advanced configurations are delivered to the device.
(2) Calibration: right-click the blank area, select the acquisition instrument calibration, and click the "Confirm" button to calibrate the equipment
(3) After each configuration, delete the historical data of the device by right-clicking the blank area and selecting Clear Historical Data
(4) Click Restart to complete the configuration of the device.
3.2.3 Sampling Using the Local Configuration Tool
(1) After selecting the sampling bar, the collection of each sample value can be tested on this page.
3.2.4 Local Upgrade
(1) Right-click in the blank area on the right, select program Upgrade, select the file to be upgraded in the pop-up interface, click the Upgrade Start button, and wait for the upgrade to be completed.
