Jiaozuo Libo cathodic protection material Co., LTD., specializing in the production of zinc anode, aluminum anode. Magnesium anodes are suitable for oil pipelines in underground fresh water. Gas pipelines. Reservoir gates. Used in condenser equipment. Magnesium alloy anodes are commonly used in soils. Zinc alloy anodes are suitable for soils with low resistivity and moisture. Aluminum anodes generally have very low resistivity. Wet environment is more suitable for aluminum anode performance.
Sacrificial anodes are mainly magnesium in soil and zinc and aluminum in seawater. In order to keep the current output as stable as possible and reduce the ground resistance of the anode, chemical packing materials should be used around the sacrificial anode in the soil, consisting mainly of a mixture of 75% calcium sulfate, 20% bentonite and 5% sodium sulfate. The sacrificial anode should not be buried in the coke and should be at least 3m apart when used in groups. The thickness of soil cover at the top of the anode should be at least 0.6m. The sacrificial anode shall be connected to the pipe through the measuring box in order to be able to measure the outage potential. When the sacrificial anode is used in the vicinity of the AC traction system, the ac induction continuous voltage on the anode body shall not exceed 20V.
